GHIF Donates Medical Facilities To Community Health Center In Enyiogugu, Aboh Mbaise

Chicago -based international Non Profit Organisation, Golden Hope International Foundation, GHIF has donated drugs and medical facilities to Enyiogugu Community Health Centre ,Aboh Mbaise Local Government Area, Imo State.

This is part of the Foundation’s 2024 outreach programme that covered over 10 Communities in Imo State that ended December.

Executive Director, GHIF, Chief Lambert Oparah who made the presentation on behalf of the CEO of GHIF, Chief Mrs Ngozi Mbaocha stated that GHIF as Non Profit organisation has been supporting commuty health programmes and training of health workers across many communities in Imo State.

According to him, GHIF is also supporting rural agriculture in its poverty alleviation programme and empower farmers in the cultivation of some crops and engagement in animal husbandry.

Chief Oparah said the donation will go along way in supporting the Health Centre which has been doing great services to the Enyiogugu Community.

Speaking at the occasion, the President General of Ezigaragu Autonomous Community Enyiogugu, Mr Kenneth Uwasomba thanked the Foundation for the kind gesture. He called other NGOs to borrow a leaf from GHIF.

Mr Uwasomba commended Executive Director GHIF, Chief Lambert Oparah whom he described as an illustrious son of the community that commands great respect among the people.

Receiving the items, Mrs Susan Chinedu Head of the Centre thanked GHIF for their humanitarian work.

She said the materials would help the Centre undertake some of the medical services which according to her is at little or no cost.


Nurses and Midwives at the centre witnessed the Occasion with excitement.


GHIF has an office in Owerri and will open the Abuja office by the first quarter of 2025.
