As part of activities marking its 16th anniversary, Brit Properties Nigeria Limited, a subsidiary of Brit Holding Limited, has reinforced its presence in Imo State with a series of high-impact engagements in Owerri, including participation in a major policy summit, client allocations, and community outreach initiatives.

Speaking with journalists shortly after the events, the Deputy Regional Manager of the company, Mr. Sabbath Adejoro, highlighted that the anniversary celebration was designed not only to commemorate the company’s milestones but also to deepen its relationship with stakeholders in the region.

According to him, the company participated in the Igbo National Council Summit 2026 held in Owerri, where it showcased a range of investment opportunities in the real estate sector, attracting interest from participants and potential investors.

Adejoro further disclosed that part of the anniversary activities included the allocation of plots to clients at the company’s Brit Crystal Estate located in Ngor Okpala. He noted that the exercise reaffirmed the firm’s commitment to transparency, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

“In addition to our business engagements, we carried out corporate social responsibility at Ogbaku Market as a way of giving back to the community that has supported us over the years,” he said.

He emphasized that Owerri remains a strategic hub for the company’s operations, revealing that Brit Properties maintains a strong presence in the city, including a regional head office and an operational base along Wetheral Road.

Adejoro added that the anniversary celebration also served as an opportunity to express gratitude to God and to appreciate the people of Imo State for their continued support and hospitality.
