Members of the House of Representatives from Imo, Enugu and Abia States came out tops among other House of Reps members from other parts of the country who sponsored a single bill, reports say.
Some of them also sponsored more than a bill.
According to the report, of the more than 160 House of Reps members, almost half of the entire House of Reps members representing about 350 federal constituencies across the country were yet to sponsor a Singe Bill in the House since they were elected four years ago despite pocketing more than 8 million naria as monthly salaries and allowances.
However, all Lawmakers from Imo State sponsored at least sponsore a single bill, while Hon.Nkole Ndukwe is the only lawmaker among the eight representatives from Abia State who is yet to sponsor a bill.
All 8 House of Reps members from Enugu State have sponsored one or more Bills.
Of 11 House of Reps members from Anambra State, 4 members are yet to sponsor a single bill.They are Hon.Okechukwu Eze, Anayo Nnebe, Chris Azubogu and Anolu Chukwuemeka.
Three members of the House from Ebonyi State are also yet to move a bill. They are Anayo Edwin, Nwazunku Chukwuma and Ogbee Lazarus.
According to the report, Lawmakers from the North West Zone have the highest number of House of Reps members with no single bill.
