An online blog, onyeoso.com has been unveiled in Owerri, Imo State capital.
The site is expected to focus on entertainment and showcase the hospitality industry in Imo State.
The blog is run by Mr. Ukachukwu Igboanusi.The unveiling took place at Titanic View, World Bank, Owerri and was witnessed by friends and well wishers. The event coincided with the birthday of the owner of the blog.
The event was witnessed by eminent Imolites including the Majority Leader, Imo State House of Assembly, Hon Lugard Osuji, Imo State Commissioner of Information, Prof Nnamdi Obiareri, Special Adviser to the Imo State Governor on ICT, Ekwe Scott Ekwe, CEO, IFECO Communications,Chief Opara,Publisher, Imo State based Online newspaper,innonews.com.com.ng (https://innonews.com.ng/), Mr. Innocent Onyeukwu, Director General, Mezie Imo Movement, Mr. Kelechi Kingsley, an Owerri based journalist, Mr. Dan Opara and others.
Speaking at the unveiling of the blog, the Commissioner for Information, Prof Nnamdi Obiareri commended Mr. Igboanusi for the successful unveiling of the blog.
He advised Mr. Igboanusi to stick to the tenets that regulate online publication and never run foul of the law.
