The Election Petition Tribunal, sitting in Owerri, Friday, has struck out a petition filed by the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Hon.Obinna Onwubuariri, challenging the election of Hon.Princess Miriam Onuoha,of the All Progressive Congress, APC, as winner of Okigwe North House of Reps re run election.
The petition was struck out for lack of merit.
