The Imo State Commissioner For Homeland Security, Ugorji Okechukwu Ugorji, has extolled the fine qualities of All Progressives Congress, APC, Imo East Senatorial candidate, Prince Alex Mbata ahead of the 2023 general election.
Ugorji who spoke to newsmen in Owerri, described Mbata as the best for the Senate seat of the zone.
Speaking on the chances of Mbata and the APC to win the forthcoming general elections in the State, Ugorji said Mbata is a man of quality, and expressed happiness that the APC in the State, put up the business mogul as its Senatorial candidate for Owerri Zone.
“Marketing Mbata to the good people of Owerri zone is so easy. He is the best we can elect to the Red Chambers of the Senate. Those who know me, know that I speak my mind.
“I m proud that the APC put up a candidate of his quality for the forthcoming election. We have excellence in Dr. Mbata and I must say we are very happy with his candidature.
Ugorji also expressed confidence the All Progressives Congress, APC, will win the 2023 general election, saying the party will shock the world.
