Bayern Munich have reached a full agreement with Chelsea to sign Senegalese striker, Nicolas Jackson, with the transfer structure finalised and awaiting his arrival in Germany.

The deal is an initial loan move worth €50 million for one season, with an €80 million buy option included in the package. Crucially, the buy option is not mandatory, giving Bayern flexibility on whether to make the deal permanent in 2026.
As part of the agreement, Chelsea have also secured a sell-on clause, which would guarantee them a percentage of any future transfer if Bayern decide to trigger the buy option and later sell Jackson.
Jackson is expected to travel to Bavaria later today alongside his agent, Ali Barat of Epic Sports, to complete the formalities. All parties have confirmed that the deal is 100 percent agreed.
The 23-year-old forward, who joined Chelsea from Villarreal in 2023, will now begin a new chapter in the Bundesliga as Bayern look to strengthen their attack ahead of the new season.
