Feelers reaching this newspaper indicate that Hon.Ugonna Ozuruigbo, member representing Nwangele/Isu/Njaba/Nkwerre Federal Constituency has been declared the duly elected member to represent the federal Constituency.
The Court of Appeal sitting in Owerri, Monday quashed the ruling of the lower court faulting the nomination of the former Deputy Speaker of Imo State House of Assembly.
They returned him as the duly nominated candidate of the All Progressive Congress, APC.
