The Appeal Court sitting in Abuja, has struck out appeal filed by Senator Hope Uzodinma, APC governorship candidate, challenging the ruling of the Election Petition Tribunal, which upheld the victory of Emeka Ihedioha of the PDP, as duly elected governor of Imo State.
