*ADVERTORIAL*
After reviewing all discussion resolutions raised and adopted during the meeting, this communiqué hence was raised, read, adopted and now issued as follows;
1. That the meeting held was very necessary and timely considering the issues raised and discussed.
2. The meeting showed great gratitude to his Excellency, Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma, the Governor of Imo state for always supporting the operations and programmes of this Forum. It is hereby expressed in high terms that the governor of Imo State, Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma has in all terms and considerations distinguished himself as a good leader with honour and integrity.
3. The forum resolved in strong terms that membership of the forum is for Traditional Rulers of Igbo extraction in the seven Igbo speaking states and that membership is on individual willingness to join. The forum further defined her aims and objectives, which does not conflict with that of any other Traditional Rulers organization as such is summarily aimed at promoting peace, unity, and development of the Igbo nation and Nigeria as whole.
4. The meeting resolved to recognize and appreciate any individual, group or government that contributes in any way to the peace, unity and development of Igboland and Igbo nation. Therefore, the meeting brought to remembrance, with appreciation and gratitude, the good works of His Excellency, The President and Commander in Chief of Nigerian Armed Forces, Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu for completing and commissioning the 2nd Niger bridge and other infrastructural developments across Igbo land, as well as relevant appointments to the lgbo indigenes.
5. The meeting after reviewing the security situation in Nigeria as a whole, resolved that all communities in lgbo land should brace up and use everything within their reach, legitimately, legally, and traditionally to checkmate all criminal elements in their areas as well as improving on the security situation of the areas. The Forum directed all member Royal Fathers to liaise with governors and other government heads to carry out Youth development programs that will keep lgbo Youths meaningfully busy.
6. The meeting agreed to send a congratulatory message to the new president-general of Ohaneze Ndigbo, Senator Azuta Mbata, and to pledge the support of the ITRF for the good of Igbo nation.
7. The Forum strongly agreed to consistently ensure rotational hosting of their meetings among member states of lgbo land.
8. Finally, the Forum stood determined to execute this communique, very effectively.
