Imo State Governor, Rochas Okorocha kept tongues wagging to flag off Imo Carnival on Sunday.
The Governor who was decked in a military attire and rode on a power bike with his wife who put on a mask attracted a mixture of laughter and cheers from the crowd.
The carnival,a cultural display of culture and fashion is been celebrated annually in the State. Away from the hustle and bustle of politics, the Governor took time off to be part of the carnival.
