The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has issued a certificate of Return as duly elected Governor of Imo State.
Reports monitored on Channels TV indicate that Uzodinma received the Certificate after the Supreme Court nullified the election of Emeka Ihedioha as Governor of the State.
