Governor Hope Uzodimma, has reacted to the verdict of the Supreme Court on the State Executives of the All Progressives Congress, APC in Imo State.
He said the present State Executives led by Mac Donald Ebere, remains the authentic State Exco, because the Supreme Court judgement was not a consequential order.
Speaking to journalists in Owerri, Governor Uzodimma said what the Supreme Court did was to dismiss an appeal, which has long expired against an FCT High Court judgment, which had recognized Dan Nwafor as Chairman against Marcellinus Nlemigbo.
