The All Progressives Congress, APC, Imo East Senatorial Candidate, Prince Alex Mbata, has congratulated Comrade Joe Ajaero, on his election as President of the Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC.
In a statement he signed, Mbata described Ajaero’s victory as well deserved.

Your altruistic services to humanity by championing and standing firmly for the rights of the Nigerian workers and enthronement of better quality of lives for all mark you out as a highly prized leader whose sense of duty, fairness, equity and justice is unshakable no matter the pressures and circumstances.
I am more elated that this national honour and trust comes from our dear state Imo and particularly, our Zone, Owerri. We are indeed very proud of you. By this noble victory, you have raised the image and stakes of our state nationally and internationally.
